The Request Intake form allows case managers and external law firms to submit structured expert witness requests. Once the W5 backend integration is live, this page will cover:

External intake links — How to generate and share a branded intake form with clients
Form fields — Case information, expert requirements, location, parties, and trial details
What happens after submission — AI processing, expert matching, and how requests appear in the Inbox
In the meantime, you can use the AI Chat to search for experts, check conflicts, and manage cases through natural language.
