How it works
A request arrives — via email, the intake form, or the AI chat.
The system matches experts — using specialty, geographic proximity (75-mile rule), side preference, and experience.
You review and refine — AI-generated summaries highlight the best candidates and flag concerns.
You select and confirm — conflict checks run automatically; the selection syncs to Salesforce.
Key capabilities
Combines keyword matching, semantic similarity, and structured field scoring using Reciprocal Rank Fusion (RRF) to surface the most relevant experts.
All searches enforce a 75-mile radius from the case location. Experts beyond this radius only appear if their profile indicates they can travel to the target state.
Expert profiles, requests, and selections sync bidirectionally with Salesforce — no manual data entry.
